Joe brings over 20 years of strategic leadership experience across multiple industries to his role as CEO of Thermatic. Having joined the business as Project Director before progressing through to Operations Director and now CEO, he's built a rounded understanding of the business from every angle – and it shows in the way he leads. His focus is straightforward: building a team genuinely committed to making the difference in facilities management, and creating the conditions for that commitment to thrive every day.

Farai joined Thermatic as Group Finance Director in 2025, bringing over 15 years of experience across finance, commercial strategy and business transformation. A
Chartered Accountant, she has built her career in large corporate organisations, where she developed extensive expertise in financial leadership, governance and
driving strategic change. She now brings that experience to Thermatic, helping to strengthen the business as it continues to grow.

Working closely with the Board and leadership team, Farai leads the Group's finance function, with responsibility for financial strategy, reporting, treasury, governance and
commercial decision-making. She is passionate about using finance as a driver of better business performance, providing clear insight that supports confident decision-
making and helps the business deliver the best possible outcomes for its clients and colleagues.

Dean brings extensive commercial and operational experience within the facilities management sector to his role as Commercial Director at Thermatic. Responsible for the company's commercial strategy, he leads the Commercial Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Growth, and Digital Transformation functions, ensuring the business is
well positioned for sustainable growth and long-term success.

Helen's career has been driven by a passion for developing people and organisations. Beginning in recruitment within the logistics industry, she progressed into HR management before broadening her experience through consultancy, supporting SMEs across a range of sectors while also running a successful CrossFit gym with her husband. Since joining Thermatic in 2022 as People & Culture Manager, Helen has progressed through People Business Partner to Head of People, helping to shape the company's people strategy and support its continued growth.
A Chartered Member of the CIPD, she believes that when people are given the opportunity, support and confidence to grow, both individuals and organisations
thrive.

Alastair began his career in the Royal Engineers before moving into construction, spending around a decade in specialist healthcare and modular construction and
progressing through project and programme delivery into senior leadership roles.

Since joining Thermatic in 2025, he has taken responsibility for both the Projects and Critical Environments divisions, with a focus on strengthening delivery, commercial
performance and team capability as the business continues to grow. A Member of the Association for Project Management, Alastair holds the APM PMQ and a Level 7NVQ in Senior Construction Management, and is currently working towards MCIOB.

His approach is straightforward: create clear ownership, build strong teams and give people the structure and support they need to consistently deliver for clients.

Steven has worked in the drainage industry for more than 30 years, starting his career with Lanes in 1995 in a civils role. He went on to establish PDS in 2003, growing the business over the next two decades before it became part of Thermatic through acquisition in 2023.As Director of Drainage at Thermatic, Steven is responsible for the ongoing development of the drainage division, overseeing operational performance, business growth, commercial delivery and health and safety while helping to shape the company's strategic direction.

Steven believes that delivering a great service comes down to taking ownership, communicating well, and consistently doing what we say we will do. Our aim through the customer experience is to create confidence in our service by understanding the client's needs, providing the right solution, and keeping them informed throughout the process.

Holding a Level 7 Distinction in Leadership and Management and IOSH qualifications, Steven combines extensive industry expertise with a strong focus on leadership and continuous improvement. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain walking and keeping fit.
