Thermatic Technical FM takes care of HVAC servicing and drainage across 3 regions of different sizes and are planning to expand coverage into Scotland as they further expand the market position of the ALDI North Group. Our HVAC service and maintenance for this customer covers 138 sites across the UK, whilst we cover 311 sites for drainage.
As well as planned preventative maintenance, our contract with Aldi covers reactive onsite responses, starting from 4 hours and installations across their stores. Being a popular food retailer, providing customers with fresh produce, we aim to respond to their reactive callouts in an efficient and timely manner, causing minimal disruption to their stores and its customers.
Unlike some of our other contracts, calls from this customer don’t come in via a portal. Instead we send certificates, invoices and worksheets directly to the relevant parties.
